Why you should be reading Serious Eats on a regular basis

Serious Eats (always a good read) seems to be running a series of pressure cooker chicken and bean recipes that kick some serious ass...

So far they've done Chicken, Lentil, and Bacon stew with Carrots,  Chicken and Black Bean Stew, and Chicken with Chickpeas,Tomato, and Chorizo.

Need I say more?
