Note to self...

Before we up anchor and leave St Croix I really MUST stock up on Miss Anna's Hot sauces...

  1. My experience has been that hot sauces typically lose a lot of their punch after 9-12 months on the shelf.

    My favorite is Crystal, from Louisiana, but living in New York it can be hard to find. I used to "stock up" whenever I was in New Orleans, but learned my lesson the hard way!
